Hi everyone,
As some of you know, back in the stone age, before I worked at SGH, I was a very serious musician for a long time. I have been inactive for over ten years, but recently have returned to it.
I have reformed my improvisation ensemble, Leap of Faith, which was very active in the New Music scene in Boston for about 10 years in the 90s. I play woodwinds – clarinets, saxophones and double reeds. Leap of Faith is a collaboration between myself and Glynis Lomon on cello and in the current version of the band also includes Steve Norton on clarinets and saxophones and Yuri Zbitnov on percussion.
Our first gig is next Tuesday night at the Lily Pad at Inman Square in Cambridge.

On Leap of Faith: "Alien yet familiar, bizarre yet completely fascinating. Expanding, contracting, erupting, settling down, always as one force..." - Bruce Lee Gallanter, DMG
On Metal Chaos Ensemble: "... using unique strategies to yield densely active and eerily surreal music, an incredible excursion through experimental improvisation." - Squidco website staff
